    Take the salmon fish fillet & cut into half.

    To marinate the fish, take a mixing bowl & combine together brown sugar, black pepper powder, garlic powder, chilli powder and salt.

    Add lemon juice & mix them well into a smooth paste.

    Apply the paste on the fish fillets. Marinate the fish for three hours.

    To prepare the salad, peel the mango skin & cut into small cubes.

    Chop the pineapple, onion, jalapeno & coriander leaves into small pieces.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine together chopped pineapple, onion, mango, jalapeno & coriander leaves

    In a large pan, melt butter over medium high heat.
